Mika takes on a small number of original commissions each season — pet memorials, portrait work, and narrative fantasy pieces. Every commission is signed and titled by hand and delivered as both a high-resolution digital file and, at your option, an archival print.

Inquiry

Fill out the inquiry form with your idea, budget range, and timeline. Mika replies personally within three business days.

Agreement & deposit

If it's a fit, you receive a short written agreement and a Stripe payment link for the 50% deposit. Work begins once deposit is received.

Sketch & refine

Mika sends a preliminary sketch for feedback, then a color study. You have two revision rounds included in every commission.

Final & delivery

Balance (remaining 50%) is invoiced before final delivery of high-resolution files and, if included, the signed archival print.

How commissions & purchases work

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a piece or begin a commission.
The deposit is collected by Stripe payment link, sent by Mika after the inquiry is reviewed.
For commissions, the remaining 50% balance is due before the finished piece ships or is delivered digitally.
All commissions are governed by a simple written agreement covering scope, timeline, and usage rights.
Submitting this form is an inquiry only — it does not confirm a booking or reserve a piece.
