Please read before you inquire. All sales through this studio are final. Deposits, balances, print purchases, and commission fees are non-refundable once work has begun or payment has cleared. Submitting an inquiry means you accept these terms.
Every piece in the gallery is inquiry only. Fill out the inquiry form and note the piece you're interested in. If it's available, Mika will send a Stripe payment link for the 50% deposit; the remaining balance is due before the piece ships or is delivered digitally.
Availability isn't guaranteed until Mika confirms it in writing. Some pieces in the gallery may already be sold or reserved, and originals are one-of-one. If a piece is unavailable, Mika will let you know and can discuss a similar commission or an archival print if one exists for that piece.
Commissions typically take between four and twelve weeks depending on scope, complexity, and Mika's current queue. Mika will share a target timeline in the written agreement, but final delivery dates are estimates — not guarantees. She will keep you updated if anything shifts.
Every commission includes up to two revision rounds — one at the sketch stage and one at the color-study stage. Revisions beyond that are quoted separately. Requests for a fundamentally different concept after work has begun may require a new agreement and additional deposit.
Physical prints and originals are shipped via a trackable carrier at the buyer's expense unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping timelines and delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by the studio. See the Policies page for details on risk of loss, customs, and international shipping.
No. All sales are final. Deposits, balances, print purchases, and commission fees are non-refundable once work has begun or payment has cleared. Please read the Terms of Service before submitting a deposit.
If a physical print or original arrives visibly damaged in transit, email art@mikacustomart.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. Mika will work with you and the carrier on a resolution where possible — typically a replacement print at cost, subject to availability. This is not a refund.
No, unless you have a written licensing agreement with Mika. Purchase of a print or original grants personal, non-commercial display rights only. Commissioned work retains the same restriction unless the agreement expressly grants broader rights. Commercial, editorial, and reproduction rights are always quoted and licensed separately.
Yes. Pet memorial commissions are one of Mika's most requested categories. Please include high-quality reference photos and any story details in your inquiry. Pet memorials are approached with care, but every piece is Mika's interpretation — emotional response, exact likeness, and the piece's meaning to you are personal and cannot be guaranteed.
The inquiry form is the fastest way. For anything urgent, email art@mikacustomart.com. Mika replies personally within three business days.
